How it works

From your driveway to the departure gate

Parkena is a booking engine for off-airport parking. Here’s the whole journey, start to finish.

Find parking

How it works

Three stops to a parked car

No terminal queues, no circling for a space. Sorted before you leave home.

01

Compare & book

Enter your airport and travel dates. Compare the listed car parks by price and whether you keep your keys, then book the one that fits.

02

Park & transfer

Drive to the lot you reserved. The listing tells you before you book whether you keep your keys or hand them over; the operator’s own arrival instructions, on your confirmation, cover the rest.

03

Fly & return

Catch your flight. Your car stays in the operator’s car park until you come back for it, and you settle any extra time with them.

Transfer options

Three ways to reach the terminal

Whichever shape your car park takes, the listing says whether you keep your keys — and the operator’s arrival instructions on your confirmation say how you get to check-in.

Shuttle bus

Park at the lot and ride the operator’s transfer bus to your terminal. Where the operator has published the line, the first and last service and how often it runs, they are on your confirmation.

Walk to terminal

The closest lots are a short walk from Departures. No waiting, no bus — ask the operator how far, because the listing does not measure it.

Valet parking

Hand your keys over at Departures and walk straight in; somebody else parks the car. Parkena keeps no record of the car’s condition at that handover, so photograph it first.

Good to know

Questions, answered

What happens when I arrive at the lot?

Follow the operator’s arrival directions from the listing — the entrance, the access instructions and the level, where they have published them. Parkena operates no barrier and reads no number plate: whether a lot opens on your plate is the operator’s own equipment, and the registration you give is passed to them with the booking.

My flight lands late at night — is that a problem?

Check the gate hours on the listing. Many lots are open around the clock, but some close their gate overnight, and we show the window where the operator has published one rather than assume it where they have not.

What if I come back later than booked?

Tell the car park. Extra days are the operator’s to bill, at their own rate, and the booking Parkena holds does not change — it still describes the stay you reserved. We cannot extend it for you, and we cannot promise the space is free beyond the dates you booked.

Why can I not book some lots?

Some are visible but not sold online, and some need a day or three of notice before check-in. We show them with the reason instead of hiding them, so you can see the whole picture at your airport.
